I can’t believe this. Has anyone every done this? This has to be harmful to consume. Amazing project though.
A 3rd grader has proven that there is a chemical on our food to preserve its current condition to look good on the shelf so we, as consumers, will buy it. This chemical, in particular, is called “bud nip” and is designed to prevent the sweet potato from sprouting like God designed it to do.
